ZINOIN Tech Services provides custom software development, consulting, and digital solutions. Engagements are governed by specific project contracts detailing scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Unless otherwise agreed in a specific service contract, rights to custom code and designs developed for the client are transferred to the client upon full payment. ZINOIN retains the right to reuse generic code libraries and knowledge.
We respect client confidentiality. All non-public business information shared with us during a project is treated as strictly confidential and proprietary.
While we strive for perfection, ZINOIN Tech Services is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our software or services. We provide a warranty period for bug fixes as defined in project agreements.
We reserve the right to update these terms. Clients with active ongoing contracts will be notified of material changes that affect their service agreements.
